This policy explains what information KA Digital Labs LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through kadigitallabs.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. SiteMind, our AI assistant product, has its own privacy policy.
Information you give us
When you fill in the project inquiry or contact form, we collect what you enter, which may include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your company name and website address
- Details about your project, timeline, and budget range
We use this only to reply to you, prepare proposals, and provide services you ask for.
The chat assistant
This site uses SiteMind, an AI assistant built and run by us. If you use the chat, your messages and any contact details you share are processed by SiteMind to answer your questions and, if you ask, to have someone follow up. The assistant stores small pieces of information in your browser (such as your chat history and whether you’ve seen its notices) so the conversation carries on between pages. Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited and which buttons lead to inquiries. We have set it up so that it does not use cookies or store identifiers in your browser for analytics, does not record your screen or keystrokes, and does not build a profile of you. PostHog receives your IP address and uses it to estimate your general location (such as country); we do not use it to identify you.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security
- Resend — delivering form submissions to our inbox
- PostHog — website analytics
- AI model providers — used by SiteMind to generate chat answers
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond and to keep normal business records, then delete it. If you become a client, your agreement with us governs how project information is handled.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve sent us by emailing[email protected]. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, and reputable providers — to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
